My own life has been very challenging. I left home when I was 17 to escape years of emotional abuse. After putting myself through university, I still could never really believe that I could actually do anything, much less convince anyone else that I could.
I felt unfulfilled, guilty that I wasn’t using my talents, and just generally confused. Meditation and yoga practice gradually helped me discover my own self-worth and gave meaning to my life. I worked in offices in various capacities, all of which I found very boring.
I trained as a yoga teacher and worked at a large yoga school for some years. It was not quite what I expected. I was feeling absolutely exhausted all the time, but I couldn’t accept that I actually needed to rest more. Instead, I kept pushing myself to do more, to work harder and harder. And of course, the inevitable happened. I injured my hip and leg so badly during my practice that I was barely able to walk. After twelve years of careful nurturing and lots and lots of help from natural therapy practitioners, I was once again able to participate fully in yoga classes.
When I discovered the Emotion Code and The Body Code in 2011, and started clearing my own subconscious blocks, I knew I’d found my calling. These modalities helped me put an end to the remaining pain.
I have now worked on hundreds of people in one-on-one sessions, and many clients have reported rapid and powerful transformations. I am so grateful that my life experiences have brought me to a place where I am able to help others move beyond their own individual difficulties, whether physical or emotional (or more likely, a combination of both) so that they can live happier, more fulfilled lives.
